Our BUShelpdesk website is accessible within LSBU only.

You can use the BUShelpdesk to:

Report a fault (use "Submit a ticket"),

University Technical Support

As IT user accounts are generated centrally, for some username and password issues, we may need to refer you to the helpdesk at the Learning Resources Centre (LRC).

In addition to the Faculty's own labs, computing facilities are also available for students from all University departments in the Learning Resources Centre (LRC).
