Extenuating Circumstances and Appeals

Students needing to apply for extenuating circumstances please note the following:

• All advice and guidance regarding extenuating circumstances and appeals is given by the Student Liaison Services Team situated in Room L101a in the main concourse of the London Road Building.
• Tutors, Course Directors, Programme Directors and Course Administrators are unable to accept claims for Extenuating Circumstances, instead the forms must be handed in directly to Student Liaison Services so that an official receipt can be given as proof of submission.
• The Extenuating Circumstances Form and related appeal forms are available online from the Student Gateway as well as in Room L101a.
