For general course enquiries please contact our Course Enquiries Office; you can either send an email to <course.enquiry@lsbu.ac.uk> or telephone them on 0800 923 8888 . Applications are dealt with by our admissions team; please send an email to <ercadmit@lsbu.ac.uk> if you want to enquire about an application that you are in the process of making or have already made.

Existing students

If you are a student within the Faculty of Business and you have a course-related enquiry then please contact your tutor, Course Director or Course Administrator, as appropriate. Or try checking the BUS StudentWeb; maybe you'll find the answer to your question there. Otherwise, if you are in the University you could enquire at the Faculty Student Office (L105), or you can contact the Course Administrators Team for your Department - see contact details above.

Ex-students: certificates, transcripts & reference letters

We often get enquiries from ex-students who require a replacement certificate or transcript, or a reference letter. For replacement certificates and document authentication please see this LSBU web page on award certificates. For transcripts for students who graduated one year ago or more see this LSBU web page on transcripts. In cases where we do not have the relevant information, we offer a letter of confirmation with a brief course description. Personal references are only available up to two years after completion from the relevant Course Director or Course Administrator. Ex-students who have completed their course over two years ago can request a letter of confirmation (attendance and award) by sending an email to <student.records@lsbu.ac.uk>. If you have a specific query regarding certificates, transcripts or reference letters that you can't find the answer to then please contact either Janice Fowler (re certificates) or Piers Gordon (re transcripts and reference letters).
